Windows Rally Technologies, proposed by Microsoft, enable Windows Vista users to set up their network–connected devices more easily by providing an user friendly interface. Networked devices supporting Rally allow users to configure, maintain, manage the system effortlessly with highly reliability and safety. This technical revolution makes system integrators, who used to have hard time in IP surveillance, easier to deploy an IP surveillance system, especially in a wireless environment.

VIVOTEK PZ7151 (PoE) /PZ7152 (WLAN), equipped with a progressive scan CCD sensor and pan-focus 2.6x optical zoom lens, is a high-performance network camera for indoor surveillance applications such as retail stores, offices or bank security. With progressive scan techniques, this network camera is ideal for capturing ultra-smooth images of fast-moving objects without any pixilated edges and offer clear, high-quality video. Built into the camera is a 2.6x motorized pan-focus zoom module, which provides greater depth of field when viewing near or distant objects. With a 350-degree horizontal and 125-degree vertical range of capture, it effectively gives users a wide-area bird's view. Wireless and Power over Ethernet connection help reduce the cabling problems and ease the installation procedure. Installation Wizard 2 is the new generation of VIVOTEK's installation software, in which the embedded intelligent functions will guide users to set up a network camera with ease. In other words, its "smart mode" enables those who has not much technical knowledge to be capable of installing a network camera themselves only by a few "clicks."
