Please check the IP of your PC is in the same domain of your camera. For example, if your IP address is 192.168.3.25, please change it to be 192.168.0.25 to connect to your camera.
P3: ¿What is the difference between Asistente de instalación and Asistente de instalación II?
Asistente de instalación II is for VIVOTEK new products such as IP7138/IP7139/VS7100/FD7131/IP7151/IP7152…etc, and it also supports older products. However, Asistente de instalación only support older VIVOTEK products, although it can search the IP address of new products, it can't support "Upgrade"," Setup" functions for new products.
Asistente de instalación II has more convenient features than Asistente de instalación. For example, you can know what URL you should use to connect to the camera from Internet, or LAN, or by mobile phone. You can save the information to your "Favorite" or Export to your desktop.
