Q1: What is Allow list for?

The IP address in the allow list can access this camera and is able to view the video of this camera.

Q2: What is Deny list for?

The IP address in the deny list still can access this camera but is unable to view the video of this camera.

Q3: My IP address is in the allow list of the camera, but I still can’t view the video of it. Why?

  1. Please check your "Media Options" in Client settings page. You have to choose "Video & Audio" or "Video only" to view the video.
  2. Please check the Internet Explorer settings to make sure that you can download the plug-in. Please refer to the question 1 on that page
