1. Open IE, Click Tools / Internet options. (Figure Active1.jpg)

2. Choose Security page and click "Custom Level" button. (Figure Active2.jpg)

3. In "Download signed ActiveX controls" item, choose "Enable" or "Prompt". (Figure Active3.jpg)

Different series has different plug-in. You can check the following.

• 2000 series ==> MjpegMotionControl Class
• 3000 series ==> VaPgCtrl Class
• 6000 series ==> VatCtrl Class
• 7000 series ==> RtspVaPgCtrl Class

Before delete the plug-in, you have to close the IE which is used for view the camera.

1. Open IE, Click Tools / Internet options.

2. Choose General page and click "Settings" button of the Temporary Internet files."

3. Click "View object button"

4. You can see the file under the "C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files"
