If you delete or change the location of the recording folder manually without using the Global Setting Page of Monitor, you will have this problem. Please follow the under steps to repair your database:
- Open the "DBRepair.exe" in the C:\Program Files\Vivotek\ST3402.
- Find where the "vndp.dbs" is.
- If the "vndp.dbs" is in the C:\VrmssDB_V\Record,select the path to C:\VrmssDB_V\Record (refer to below picture)
- Click Repair button.
- Click Exit.
You can check the Playback again.
