Q1: Can RX7101 connect to VS3102 or IP6112 or IP cameras with other branded?

No. So far, RX7101 only supports VIVOTEK 7000 series products.

Q2: I use the Video Receiver RX7101 but I can’t get any picture on my TV monitor. How can I do?

Please follow the under steps to check your settings in RX7101:

  1. Please check your firmware version of RX7101 first. If you are using 0100g version, please upgrade it to our latest firmware version.
  2. If your RX7101 wants to use rtsp://<IP>/live.sdp to connect 7000 series cameras, please make sure that the 7000 series camera is using "MPEG-4" video codec.
  3. If your RX7101 wants to use http://<IP>/video.mjpg to connect 7000 series cameras, please make sure that the 7000 series camera is using "JPEG" video codec.
