Effective with firmware version 4.8 (released March 28), VIVOCloud support will be discontinued for models ND9326P, ND9426P, ND9442P, and ND9542P. VORTEX will be the exclusive cloud platform moving forward. Learn more about VORTEX Connect.
Current VIVOCloud users who wish to continue using this service should not update to firmware version 4.8 or later.

Core+ AI firmware take Core+ up a level. Core+ AI NVR's are empowered with Deep Search, utilizing AI to provide the fastest, smartest and most efficient evidence search user experience. VIVOTEK cameras enabled with Vision Object Analytics provide the metadata used by Deep Search's AI. Deep Search is comprised of two main functions: Attribute Search and Scene Search.
Deep Search
Attribute Search uses people and vehicles as search criteria utilizing multiple attributes (e.g., gender, age group, clothing or car color, vehicle type, etc.) to quickly and accurately find the person / vehicle of interest.
Smart VCA Event Search
it supports alarm management and event search of VIVOTEK's deep-learning video analytics technology, Smart VCA. Users can search by single or multiple event types, playback triggered events and then export these search results to video clips.
