Dividend Information
Public Announcement of Record Date
The company has set August 5, 2024, as the record date of dividend distribution, distributing a cash dividend of NTD 3,800 per 1,000 shares to shareholders of record as of the record date—that is, distributing a cash dividend of NTD 3.8 per share. Distribution of this cash dividend will begin on August 30, 2024.
A resolution was also made by general assembly that if the total number of the company’s outstanding shares in circulation changes before the record date, leading to change of the dividend rate approved by the general assembly, the Board of Directors is fully authorized to make adjustment according to the actual total number of outstanding shares in circulation. The actual payout ratio will be announced in a separate public announcement.

- Ex-Dividends Day: July 30, 2024.
- Final Day for Stock Transfer: July 31, 2024.
- Book Closure Period: August 1 to 5, 2024.
