Guaranteeing image quality and ensuring footage usability, the SD8161, boasts WDR Enhancement technology, which enables the camera to cope with conditions of high contrast light and generate image quality close to the capabilities of the human eye. As with VIVOTEK’s latest speed dome network cameras, the SD8161 is designed with a sophisticated pan/tilt mechanism, providing fast and precise movement with continuous 360-degree pan and 220-degree tilt. The user can monitor and track any object of interest via a mouse or a joystick with ease. In addition, the SD8161, with built-in auto tracking feature, is able to automatically identify suspicious moving objects in wide open areas before the user might notice these events. More uniquely, the SD8161, equipped with audio detection function, can trigger instant alerts whenever ambient audio differs from usual conditions.
