VIVOTEK Creates Safe Living Environment for New Borovaya in Belarus
Background
"New Borovaya" is a unique project that has set a new standard for the organization of the living environment. On the territory with a total area of more than 100 hectares, a whole district is being actively built, being built in accordance with the most modern European trends on the improvement of the urban living environment. At the same time, comfortable new buildings from the developer А-100 Development are located in one of the most environmentally friendly areas of the city of Minsk, the capital of the Republic of Belarus.
Challenge
The construction of the "New Borovaya" is carried out according to the concept of SMART + SOCIAL, which implies the creation of the most developed social infrastructure and the use of the most modern technologies during construction and improvement. The company А-100 Development pays great attention to the security of the residential complex: closed courtyards, video intercoms, allowing residents to prevent access to the entrance of strangers. As well as, a 24-hour video surveillance system, to which all residents of the district have access. In order to ensure public safety and protect private property, it was decided to install video cameras on the facades of the building to monitor the adjacent territory, playgrounds and outdoor parking, at the entrance to the apartment building, parking, as well as in the lobby of the first floor. Also, special requirements were imposed for IP surveillance cameras: high resolution, reliable equipment of the world brand, excellent technical characteristics and optimal price.
Solution
The company DataStream DEP, the distributor of VIVOTEK and the partner in the preparation of a solution in video surveillance, and implemented with following models IB8369A, FD9360-H, IB9360-H. VIVOTEK’s bullet type network cameras are selected for street video surveillance and parking, and dome type cameras in the entrance of a residential building. A single data transmission network has been built at the facility, which unites all cameras and allows providing access to any camera.
Partnership for a Decade
Construction of the residential complex "New Borovaya" consists of several quarters.
