What are the requirements to register for the VPP Portal?
To join the VPP Program, partners must complete the VPP Portal registration, accept the VPP Participation Terms, and provide valid tax documentation or a tax ID to verify legal entity status. Tax documentation is mandatory for partners located in North America.
What is the VPP renewal policy and grace period?
Partner tier status is reviewed annually based on business activity, certification validity, and engagement within the VPP Portal. Grace periods may apply depending on partner tier: Elite Partners receive a 3-month grace period, Select Partners receive a 1-month grace period, and Registered and Authorized Partners receive no grace period.
What happens if my certifications expire?
Certification validity is reviewed annually and may affect your partner tier status. If required certifications expire, you may risk losing your current tier and its benefits. Grace periods allow time to renew certifications: Elite Partners receive 3 months, Select Partners receive 1 month, and Registered and Authorized Partners receive no grace period. For regional details, please contact your Regional Sales Manager.
Who can join the VIVOTEK Premium Partner Program?

Most courses are designed to be accessible to all partners. Some advanced courses may recommend completing foundational modules first. Prerequisites will be clearly indicated on each course page.
Do certifications expire?
Yes. Certifications are valid for two years and can be renewed to stay up to date.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. Once you pass, you'll receive a downloadable certificate.
Are courses available in multiple languages?
Course are currently offered in English, with additional languages planned in the future.

For users transitioning from the previous VIVOTEK Academy
Are my previously earned certifications still valid?
Yes. All previously issued certificates remain valid until their original expiration date.
What happens to my previous learning records?
The new VIVOTEK Academy features a redesigned course and certification structure to provide a more streamlined learning experience. As a result, previous learning records are not carried over.
