VSS Tutorial - How to Set Up List management with Real-time Facial Recognition

Technical Requirements

To enable full facial recognition and list management features, a VCA paid license is required in addition to the following:

• Camera VCA Package: Requires package version 7.16 or above on compatible VIVOTEK AI cameras.
• NVR Compatibility: VIVOTEK NVRs must be running firmware version 5.2 or above. The Core+ AI Series NVRs are fully supported and recommended for optimal performance.
• VMS Compatibility: Full List Management functionality requires VSS Pro.
