Getting Started

How do I get started with the VIVOTEK Academy?

Visit the VPP Business Hub and register for an account. Once approved, you will have access to the VIVOTEK Academy and all available course content.

Courses & Certifications

Do I need any prerequisites to take a course?

Most courses are designed to be accessible to all partners. Some advanced courses may recommend completing foundational modules first. Prerequisites will be clearly indicated on each course page.

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Certificates are awarded upon the successful completion of a full certification track. Once you pass the final assessment for the track, you will receive a downloadable certificate.

What is the validity period of the certification?

Certifications are valid for two years. To maintain the qualification, certificate holders must retake and pass the assessment prior to expiration to extend the validity of their status.

Are courses available in multiple languages?

Course are currently offered in English, with additional languages planned in the future.
