VPP Insider
Just figuring out the communication strategy for a client proposal is draining enough. Then, before you head into battle, you still have to dig around for materials. If product introductions, customer success cases, and demo videos were all in one place, you'd get far better results with half the effort.
The Library in VIVOTEK Business Hub, our partner business platform, is your best backup. From product series overviews and solution catalogs to case study videos, you can filter directly by product, tag, document type, and language, and gather all your proposal materials in seconds.
No need to comb through the entire database! Start with the four filters below based on the task at hand. You can also combine them to narrow your search instantly:
Select relevant resources by category, such as Network Camera, NVR, or VORTEX Cloud.
Use tags such as Solution and Datasheet to pinpoint the content you need.
Choose videos, documents, or links directly, depending on your needs.
Choose the language that suits your target market, making it easier to communicate with local clients.
When a client wants to learn about VORTEX Cloud, you usually need more than a product introduction. You also need solution descriptions and customer success cases. Simply check VORTEX Cloud under "Products," and all resources in this category will be displayed together, making it easy to pick the right materials. The next time you need to introduce a product category, remember to filter this way and grab all your materials in one go.

When introducing a product series, an overview that sums up the key points and core features helps clients see the big picture first, before you dive into specific models. Check Datasheet under "Tags" to find overviews for each product series. If you already know what product you're looking for, just type a keyword such as a model, series, or solution into the search bar in the upper-right corner, and you'll find exactly what you're after in three seconds!

Transportation and access control have different application needs, so naturally, clients care about different things. When you work with different industries, you can't use the same approach for every proposal. Check Solution under "Tags" to find materials on topics such as transportation, cloud solutions, and access control. Starting from situations your clients already know helps your message really hit home.

For some features, one quick demo says more than a long explanation. Check Video under "Document Type" to browse case study and feature videos, such as the 85°C store cloud surveillance case study, the C Series AI camera introduction, or the fall detection demo. Pick the video that fits best, and your clients will get the point at a glance.

New to VIVOTEK products and want to get up to speed quickly? Along with taking courses at VIVOTEK Academy, don't forget to visit the Library often. Start with the products you plan to promote: browse the series overviews, check out the customer success cases, and then pick a few videos that work well for demos. Combined with what you learn in your courses, these materials help you quickly identify the highlights and prepare for your upcoming client visits.
You've found the materials you need this time, but what about new content next time? Once you start using the Library, the system automatically sends you a notification whenever new files are added, so you know what new materials are available. When you get a notification, take a quick look. You might find just what you need for your next client presentation.
Figure: Business Hub notification emails keep you updated on new or updated marketing materials.
